With extensive experience in the review and oversight of investment vehicles, Mr. Meschi will provide directorship services to a wide array of investment funds and will be based in New York.
Prior to joining Walkers Management Services, Mr. Meschi was Head of Research at fund of hedge fund Sciens Capital, where he performed due diligence on hedge funds and potential fund acquisitions.
Before Sciens Capital and through 2007, Mr. Meschi worked with Ivy Asset Management for ten years and as Director of Research he managed a team of twenty investment professionals, monitoring US$15 billion of assets allocated across 150 hedge fund organisations representing all major hedge fund investment strategies. At times during his tenure with Ivy, Mr. Meschi was a Portfolio Manager for various discretionary and non-discretionary portfolios, and also built and led the firm’s dedicated Operational Due Diligence team. Mr. Meschi is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
